I am a girl who has a lot of passion and zest for life. I love telling a story through quotes, pictures or stories. If I could have a box of Junior Mints every day, I would. You add some buttered popcorn to that and it makes a great combo! I think life is perfect at that moment! I love the smell of rain, and have secretly wanted to break out into a dance with an umbrella while singing in the rain. In fact, I kind of wish life were like a musical. I would expect that if I broke out into a song and dance, everyone else would join me and be right in sync. Wouldn't that be fun?
I have always loved taking photos. It started young and developed in HS while taking a photography class and developing my own pictures in the dark room. There is something amazing about stopping life for at least 1/60th of a second. I have to laugh because if you see any pictures of my friends and I from years ago, you will also more than likely see a remote. Yep, I have plenty of the wonderful pictures where you hold the remote, pose, and push your little button from the remote and Yes!! now you have a wonderful hand sticking out the picture with the remote trying to be hidden. Those are the best and make me smile every time!

I love capturing memories. I would love to say I have a photographic memory but it is just a little short of that.....and so pictures are what I often reflect back on to remember so many things. When I pull out my picture albums, scrapbooks or look at my personal blog, all the memories start flooding back. But not just the memories, the emotions at that moment come to the surface. I love that feeling!! I want to capture that for everyone!
My true passion came when we were able to get our little boy. I wanted more than anything to be a mom and after MANY years of fertility treatments, miscarriages and losing hope, our miracle arrived with less than 2 weeks notice. The first time I held him in my arms was an unbelievable experience. I would try to describe it, but it wouldn't do it justice. However; someone in the room snapped a picture of me at that moment, and that picture says a thousand words....it tells the story for me. Perfect!

So this blog is about my pictures, my passion and just random thoughts. And of course, I will be throwing a lot of quotes around, because I can't go a day without finding a new quote and adding it to my collection. I have to share my love with those as well!
